The available amount of validations are restocked every month on your monthly renewal date. So if you started your account on June 20th for example, your validations will renew on July 20th.
If you have recently upgraded or downgraded your account, the dashboard might not be updated immediately so be sure to give it some time for the metrics to catch up.
