1. Make sure that the card information that you entered is exactly as you see it on the card. Also, make sure that the 3 0r 4 digit CSC (Card Security Code) number is correct and that the card has not expired.
2. Make sure you are using an authorized card. Currently, Authenticity provides support for VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Other providers might not be supported.
