There can be a few different reasons for the authentication being declined.
(1) First, check that the website that you are trying to use the implementation on is an Authorized Website in your dashboard. You can not use a script made for another website or another domain that’s not authorized, so please make sure that the website that is running the script is already authorized in the Authenticity web app.
(2) If you have refreshed the key used for the API, the script must be updated on the website! Otherwise, the website will request the script with the previous key and will therefore be invalid. Please make sure that your authorized websites have the most recent API key/script on them to ensure they work properly.
