I do not get a reset password email upon request?

First, make sure that the email you’re entering is the email that is connected to the Authenticity account!

It can take a few minutes before a reset password email is received, so if you have requested a passoword reset, hang in there and do not spam the retrieval button!

Don’t forget to check your spam folder. Sometimes the Authenticity emails are caught by spam filters and considered spam. You can mark the sender of the retrieved email as not spam to make sure you get the future emails in your inbox!
