It literally takes no more than 5 minutes to set up Authenticity.  It’s as easy as copying the form ID variables into our control panel and pasting a piece of code into the header of your site. Once it’s set up, it’s on autopilot.  You never have to worry about it again.

Yes, for sure. You’ll have access to your own dashboard where it will give you all the data you’ll need. You’ll be able to see how many leads have been verified, how many invalid email addresses and phone numbers have been turned away and you’ll be able to see a client by client breakdown of all the numbers as well.

Absolutely. Providing transparency and KPIs for clients is one of our selling points!

Each one of your clients will have their own personal login on Authenticity where they will be able to see their own stats. They’ll see how many leads have been verified, how many leads have been rejected (due to bad data) and they’ll see how many verifications they have left for the month.

You can do either! Since as an agency you already have your client’s info, if you want to bill the client for the service – you most definitely can. Alternatively, if you want to direct your client to the Authenticity website or add their billing details for the service, you can also do that.

Using Authenticity changes nothing for you or for your client.  The leads will still go to the same place. We do not store lead data. Authenticity simply filters bad traffic and verifies leads as they come in!
